Triad Primary Care is a full-service local family practice and urgent care facility, providing family and primary care, which includes physical exams. Patients have access to labs and other testing, such as COVID-19 PCR and antigen testing, and X-rays at the practice.
The dedicated, experienced practitioners believe in helping patients maintain and improve their health. They enjoy educating patients and giving them guidance on how to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Outside of the scope of routine exams and preventive care, Triad Primary Care specializes in addiction treatment, occupational medicine, and medical weight loss programs.
If you have an urgent need but aren’t able to get to the practice, telehealth visits are available for your convenience, or you can walk in anytime for urgent care. The practice accepts insurance and has a cash-pay option.
