Outside of the scope of routine exams and preventive care, Triad Primary Care specializes in addiction treatment, occupational medicine, and medical weight loss programs.
If you have an urgent need but aren’t able to get to the practice, telehealth visits are available for your convenience, or you can walk in anytime for urgent care. The practice accepts insurance and has a cash-pay option.

Prescription Assisted Weight Loss
Dr. Chow has developed a weight loss program that helps patients reach a safe and healthy target weight. Most important, he teaches patients how to maintain their weight loss permanently by adopting healthy habits and to prevent complications of chronic diseases.
Whether suffering from severe health issues due to extreme excess weight or merely looking to lose 15-20 lbs for cosmetic reasons, all patients receive a full medical consultation. Each fully individualized program is supported with on-going one-on-one care including nutrition, fitness, medication, behavioral motivation and counseling.
